damn, doesnt work anymore :( :confused: until yesterday everything was fine but today nothing works.... i re-installed it, tryed asr.exe and procyon.exe and asr.exe/procyon.exe +cureRom.... nothing.... please help me....
just the fixed exe for v1.1 is working but v1.1 is bulls***...

hey guys, my game works! (1.16 with mini image in DT4.06HE(Tray closed) / opened with procyon.exe) but in the game there are 2 big problems:/

1. i only see the hair of cahracters, they are almost invisible, but the more important one is

2.my game crashes every time i enter a building(music continuious, screen is freezed)

is that a game bug or relate to securom? is there something to get it fixed?:(

can you please describe how do you close tray? just exit DT or what? And what settings do you use in DT?

well dt is always shown in the tray. after mounting the image i just closed dt in the tray

in the settings i turned off all emulation options, the rest is the standard setting


reinstall wouldnt solve the problem:/

i allready could play 1.11 with the no dvd fix, but it the same shit happens all the time-_-

guys i been trying loads of stuff and here what works for me*sometimes*

install game *dont install the english patch 1.1

install the german patch to 1.5

put the procyon inside the guild dir YES inside

and do the normal with the minimage on DT
and hope it works

OH yes i was trying to get on while i typed this and it worked

u kown ur on right path when the cd icon thing keeps going round

and it might say canrted identiy it or something like that
or u might get the splash image and it will load

well thats the way i got it (only securom is in a different directory)

the cd symbol spins around sometimes too, but then im owned by that crashes

ok guys i been playing up to 1412 with the 1.15 patch still no crash looking good

I can get it to work after a few tries.
But Im glad I can actually play now without cashing to the desktop after 5min.
Thanks for the 1.16 patch, other versions crash all the time.

well, I did what was recommended and it will boot up to the first or second "intro" video for the companies, then crashes. Any advice? I installed it, updated from 1.0 to 1.15 german patch, after installing some german files.

I dont know what is wrong, game starts perfectly with procyon.exe and this mini-image. But i can only se the start movie and than the game frozes.

since yesterday i get this "timeout"-message... dunno whats wrong... any ideas?

Ok here's what i do, and i've been able to play for roughly 6Hours EVERYTIME until my LAPTOP has a meltdown and gives me the infamous Winblows BSOD!!!!


1. Install game
2. Patch to 1.11, then 1.15, then copy 1.16 into folder.
3. Get mini-image loaded up.
4. ASR.exe OUTSIDE of folder....run it JUST like it tells you to in the help folder

Config.ini must have these settings:
Language = "english"
SplashScreen = 0

DT4.06HE running with no emulation on

Ussually it takes me 3-4 attempts with the error: Please insert the original disc instread of a backup (1000)

I have gotten it to work on 2 systems so far, and multi play is AMAZING...
We had a BOOMING business setup going, and made it to about year 145-(something or another) and my lappy pee'd the carpet...

If you get the error (4001) instead of (1000) it seems you are out of luck, because a third system we attempted this on, was UNABLE to load the game after HOURS AND HOURS of attempts, and this error seems to be the issue, but im unsure...Hope this helps most of ya'll :)

(OH and just to let ya know, sometimes i run the game Exe instead of ASR and that works as well)

I have also made my lettering for DT = D:, that's when i got the actually Game Exe to work...

It's in computer managament (for the REAL Cd drive) just make that no letter (it won't hurt anything)
and in DT:
Right click tray icon > Virtual CD/DVD ROM > Device #: {letter} {ISO IMAGE NAME} > SET DEVICE PARAMETERS
in there just make it D: now....should be able ot play the EXE after a few trys....

Still haven't figured out the resoning as to why it acctually runs on random attempts (and it seems random)

Can confirm that Guild2 even starts with ProtSTOP.exe.
Image mounted inDT4.06 all emulation ON :D
