you can set it to what you want in UltraARC.ini

FirstVolumeSize= ( 4480 - size of setup files ), if you want more room on DVD1 then use 4460 - size of setup files. ( or smaller number to give more room )

CustomVolumeSize= any number you want I use 4480 to use as much space as possible on dvd5

Somehow DVD9 setting gives me cca 300MB overload

This thing still can't split archives correct. Remove these data1a,b,c,d,e and do simple Data1,2,3,4,5. What the point of this ******, dunno.

Using the 7zip method and getting:
Failed to create data.bin

Compression don't even start. Again the same error. :(

What version of UA that you use, and what Operating System you use because it is not compatible in windows 8, 8.1 sometimes its ok but then after restart the error always there :( i fix my issue,i down grade my OS now im using Windows 7

and why you have error in UA ? me in my case it is work perfectly when i downgrade in window 7 :)
