2) have you set the disk numbers 1 2 3 in resources tab of bb GUI

Man the pic you gave is internal compressor and blackbox not always use the same compression method. In FIFA 14 repack I saw there is hidden process running they use precomp srep arc compression and in the archive they use to split the files in 50000 parts and at last it injects in one file

The picture shows the EXTERNAL compressions, means the installer gets name and position of an already compressed file. the Meth... states wich compressionmethod was used. for example 7ZIP, FreeArc or RAR.

the slices per disc= how many files are on one disk?
slice size= how big is one of this slices ?
on a 4,7 gb DVD you can use 3 slices with 1500mb, then this DVD is full (still 200 mb free, but just be safe). always stay under 2gb per slice. i remember innosetup having problem with over 2gb files.

what is a primary and secondary folder? used for internal compression? you and razor should fuse your projects, since he has a nice grid for more than two internal folders to compress.

Data 1,2 = Disk 1
Data 3= Disk 2

that is normal, since innosetup cant handle files bigger than 2gb with its own compression.

to handle larger files, you must use an external compression and bind these archives into your setup.
look page 1 till 3 for an compressor program made by razor. in blackboxv2 you switch to the "resources" page and click "add". a grid will appear, fill in your information regarding the newly created archive and then compile your setup.
