I fixed the guide.Step 7 need to be revised.Here is the correct step 7:
7. A new page will be loaded.On it you will see all mds files that are connected with this item.They are easy to be seen because of the big numbers next to them.Just put ticks on the items you need , click on the "Selektierte DPM-Dateien herunterladen" link at the bottom and the download will start.

Don't bother, that version may be the newest; but is a year old, if it worked there wouldn't be much hassle in here.

only thing that works right now is unplugging. (something i wont do just to test see if it works, just use the original. sucks that i have to have a cd in the drive though... oh well) only think left to do is wait for the next version of daemon tools 4.5.

You can find the serial in the CD/DVD box; if you purchased the game online, the shop gave you a serial. If you have any problems, contact the publisher or the shop.

PoP two thrones works fine:follow these steps
 

first and foremost..the use of starforce nightmare is not required..
follow these steps
1. remove the power cables of ur optical drives(CDROM,DVDROM etc..).
2. start ur pc and load the image into the daemon virtual drive.
3. select all options under 'emulation'.
4. run the game.

if it shows an error that the 'cd key doesnt match with the cd in the drive', then all u have 2 do is to unmount the image from daemon, and exit daemon altogether.
then start daemon again and follow the steps above..

the game usually runs after u follow the steps above and in the worst case scenario will not take more than 3 trails to start...

I REPEAT ONCE AGAIN...STARFORCE NIGHTMARE IS NOT REQUIRED

Hi, I just wake up today and saw what's supposed to be a crack for PoP2T floating around the p2p network... it already had 100 seeders, but since I have long finished the game, I don't want to reinstall it just to see if it's a working crack or another fake, can someone that is still playing the game try it out?

hey i got the dvd version of pop3 and after installation when i tried to run it it asks for the sff key for cd2 which in itself is odd on puttiing the key all system processes come to a halt and after the disk check i get an error message sayin that the key i entered does not match that required for the cd what do i do?

Buy the real official DVD version

I can't disable my primary IDE channel. anyone knows why? i'm using laptop.

Hehe, I finished this game in record time (like 2-3 nights), since I had to use the unplug method.

-Unplug cd/dvd readers/burners
-mount image
-speed kill mobs

the speed kill thing's pretty cool, and I was like half way thru the game when I realised I could swing around to get into place to speed kill each sand guardian caller (what ever you call em, the ones that call more guardians as long as they are alive)

Personally, I give this game a 8.4 out of 10 (would've got higher, but it's the last in the series.. i want more.. can't wait for Splinter Cell Double Agent ;-) )

ok as i see no standard backup CD CRACK yet. i finished game allready with orginal DVD.but that's it i don't want to do damage to dvd anymore so instead i did backup DVD. but still need crack if sometimes wanna play from backup. not any time soon however, but don't give up from stanard crack. i don't wanna do thoose image files and mount stuff disabling image drives and else...i will wait for standard crack if it will be? what do you think, is there chance to break protection?

I think it is not the original exe.
Because the firm name is the group name (AST:ACT).

But there are 2 problems with this file:
1st: the modification date says: Tuesday, 15th, november 05.
We now have april and nobody found this file months ago???
2nd: It is only an EXE-file. I remember the Toca Race Driver 2 Crack was also only an exe-file. But I cannot believe that a game like PoP3 is crackable with an exe-file only... There are other protected files like the DLL.

Starforce PRO protects nearly all files, that's the problem.
A crack would include the entire game.

you can scan the game with a-ray scanner and see which files are protected

Yes but these are only the main files.
The protection itself is much more complex.
you can compare it with mold in a glass of marmalade. You only see what's at the top but it's nearly everywhere. Starforce does the same. If you change one file (exe) than the checksum changes too and you have to change all files.

We got beaten by a group of Anti-Nocd freaks :(
Whats killing me is that they are 10-20 persons and we are an entire community spanning thousands of people and yet theres no way we can beat their defences.

Yeah, but this is their work! They earn money with this.

Not all things come down to money. Personally if i had a cracking .exe files experience i would like to beat a protection for various reasons but mainly to prove that they aint smarter than me.
Im sure others can find even better reasons than mine or money.

And I think I am a member of the community.

Me and many other people (not crackers, the community) also can waste their time, with trying to beat the copy protections with steps like:
- opening tower and unplugging drives
- installing software like StarForce Nightmare
- installing a game, only to check if a modified-exe would work
- searching daily for information

and so on.

People have so many reasons, to crack something.
Your mainly point would be also a reason for me!

2 download latest sfnightmare and latest daemon tool
3 start sfnightmare option disable cd
4 mount game with daemon and install
5 enter serial key from disk
6 start game enjoy
7 later enable cd with sfnightmare

That method doesnt work, hell even unplugging doesnt work if you got a 64-bit OS. :(

Yeah you have a 32-bit OS and he has a 64-bit OS.
The CPU isn't important here.
And why should reinstall work?
64 bit is 64 bit.

there is no valid valid crack yet 64 bit os like winxp64-bit do not support many of 32-bit application probably thats a problem.reinstall windows and install 32-bit winxp like i had with sp2 integrated.we missunderstood.anyway i finished the game it rocks.VIVA SERBIA
