As it seems the users with a NEO 2.2 or NEO 4 (NTSC) get trough DNAS without getting noticed they have a modchip. What i mean is their modchip is in active mode and don't have the DNAS error screen. And play the original games with their modchips on. Same with Messiah2 (PAL).Anyone knows something about that?:confused:

I dunno about this rumor about Neo's but the Neo 2.2 is a swap type chip and the Neo4 isnt. But the Neo 4 was a VERY complicated install.

As a result of our last NEWS post, several dev'ers have been busy working on BETA Disc ID Patchers. Today we'd like to inform our visitors that NoID has made available his own DISKID CHANGER 0.3 to us for testing. Although it likely won't help CHIP users overcome the -833 error going on-line, it may get SWAP users past the initial -402 error commonly encountered. Those interested in checking it out can do so HERE, but please remember it's untested so don't complain to NoID if it doesn't fullywork yet... remember this is just the beginning- many more will come! ;)

you have to go into the DOS command to work with it.

lol with ur poor a$$ install i have to use swap disk cause my install died with in a week LOL na i will use both if it means playing online i do have 2 ps2s one for online one for offline and i correct me if im wrong but u said it wouldnt work lol u just got beef with ownz and that blinds u from the light but for us people who want to play online is going to try any thing to do so and now we know the patchs work theres hope unlike all them newzy know it alls saying it ant going to work blah blah blah it just shows that it dose work for now :D
