that's really interesting, so the latest version of dnas can't detect the modchip after patching. :D

Hey Evo, or anyone else, once I find the dnasxxx.img file on my iso, where do I get the good dnasxxx.img file to replace it with?

I went to inject it with a file, however, I dont have a file to inject it with, all I have is a disk id, but not a file.

if u have the id u will need to use the diskid3 pacther to make the dnasxxx.img file do u have this patcher diskid3 ? if not i can email it to u

i am trying MOH:rising sun. I usedPrimoDVD to make an ISO image and after its finished there is nothing in the folder i told it to put it in. I did this 3x and nothing. Is it because its a large file? I opened Stomp but dont know how to make an ISO image in this program.

Few Questions:

1. Heard that you have to make it into iso then patch then reburn. What about the $ony protection like Safe Disc or Secorum?? YOu just burn the iso image with the alcohol 120 with it?

2. I heard that there will be alot of DNAS imageXXX. for different region. Is there going to be different disk id for each game or for different region disk id for a game?

3. so say i backup my game of for example of SOCOM 2

now if i use the the back up of socom 2 to play online, and my buddy uses my real socom 2 and we want to play online at the same time would there be a problem?

if i got the disk id from my real socom 2 will there be any issues if both the real socom and the backup are online at the same time? if they both have the same disk id numbers?

4. I have used the disk id check on my ps2. when I put Socom 2 NTSC in the ps2 it gives me different id everytime I press x. Anyone can tell me y thanks

5. Is the patcher out yet? If not when?

i belive ever game has 1 id of its own no matter how many copys of it plays online it always uses 1 id so $ony wont know if its origianl or copy begin played online so u dont have to worry about u and ur buddy u guys can both play at the same time :)

how does this program exactly work?
Cause you have the IOPRP.img file to enter then your ID. the Dnas box at the bottom wont let your enter anything. ANyone have instructions?

o it will only do dnas files unless im doing something worng

yeah i thought u could pacth the ioprp files but it only seems to work for dnas files but it will patch all dnas files even the ones in mbl 2005

and prob 99% of them would never had played online. all i can say is use ur own id and ur very unlikey to get banned but yet i never heard any one say they got banned online or any one from this fourm that is.

It's getting to be a really sad story. The Admin is treatening people for banning already. Too many ignorant kids are at play there. To many simular questions and noone can help coz they all have the same prblem. btw This came from Paradox recent release of World_War_Zero_Ironstorm_Multi5_PAL.

yeah Paradox needs to stop crying about it cause i know if i made something and didnt want it leaked i could had stoped it so i bet they could have to they should be more carefull with who they trust giveing it to and like netmechs theroy said they prob sold it to Z for a good price.

lets say Z payed them 300 big ones for it he then put it on his site told ever one u would need swap style to play it and sold maybe even 50 lid combos @ $45 each and not to think off all the traffic that site had he prob made a killing b4 they found out u can use a modded ps2 to play it online lol but i think i would rather do the swap style in case they did check for modded systems and what gets me is why when u try to play a orirignal online with the chip going it detects it but with a copy it dose'nt its relly weird but yet i never tried a origianl online with my dms3 so i cant say if it works or not.

Well you don’t quit understand this do you. They don’t ban IP's because they would have to like ban whole domains because most internet connections aren’t static, they are dynamic so like every time you log on you have a new IP. Sony inst banning the IP of your internet connection, your PS2 has its own unique number for every console, so that is what they are banning, your console not your IP. Sorry to inform you of this. well gurn had a post on ownz he had got 4 origianls and they had the same ids as the ones found on the net i will rent a online game and get the id and see if it matchs and if it dose if sony banneds for useing that id they will banned alot of people just like this post says it makes sence

How can IDs be different if all the discs come from the same stamper?

From what I understand, some games all have the same ID's others have unique ID's, its the ones with unique ID's that they are banning other wise like you said they would be banning everyone that uses that game.

Also @ evo paradox isn’t upset that this technology has got out. Your missing the point, they are upset that silly little boys are posting there ID's on the net and even sillier little boys are using them, ruining it for every one else. If everyone would get there OWN ID'S from the games they legally OWN not from ones that they rent...hint hint.... everything would be fine.

well at ps2nof and newz it says in the rules now not to use shared ids or even post them so now maybe ever one knows to get there own ids

and besides that they leaked the prog that gets the ids which resualts in some one posting them so i dont see what they are bitching about maybe it they had stuck a readme txt in the zip file then people would had know not to post the ids ;)
