Hi,
works fine on my computer, but it crashes on my bro's pc - but that could be hardware-depending..

hanches 19-05-2006 08:37

me use windows 2000 could that be the problem?

when i start game i get a error, but it starts.

You deserve credit for it, since you're the one who posted it ;) Of course the cracker who did it deserves credit too :D

Only problem now is that my game hangs alot when I get to the later ages (ie. 2000+) on a huge map and with marathon setting, with as many civilizations as possible. But as I recall it did that too with the DVD in the drive. Guess I just have to play a little less 'harcore' ;)

Hehe, I didn't tested the crack THAT much but I know the game is quite demanding when it comes to great maps and so on.

As for Win2k problem, I guess the solution is to switch over to XP... :p

If you are going to switch, I'd skip XP and wait for Vista then.

Also, you could just dump Microsoft altogether and buy a PS3 when they come out, and keep a cheap PC running Linux, for internet/other use.

phil8900 20-05-2006 07:38
