unfortunally i´ve got a problem with Fear.
Updated from 1.01 to 1.02 working fine but throug walking to levels the game crash during auto-save(levelsave) and windows tells me: Fear.exe got a problem: ModVer: 1.2.0.0 Offset: 00102ff9

What´s wrong?

Ummm, I think you banning him was a bit premature. You can legally buy and download FEAR online.

And although it says demo in the link, it lets you purchase the full game.

If this was indeed the case he would have re-registered and argued he did legally download it. ;)

What would be the use of banning people if they can do another account ?

Well I think the mods can check and see if the IP addresses of new members matches banned ones, and if so then re-ban them :)

Or they have a little function that does this for them.

cant you easily avoid this by just erasing the cookies set by fileforums ?
