Any idea why i can't install any updates after i installed the "converted" version? It said that the update installer doesn't find the game installed on my computer.

You use the latest conversion? You try offline update?

For me, works perfectly. No problems when i installed update 1.6

But note! I advise you, if you use regFix, you have to install all updates again in sequence: 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6

After conversion, install in French.

Note: If you install the patch 1.6, the game returns to English. This happened to me. Run regedit.exe and search for Ubisoft

I tested now with this value and the game start in French, but you have go to the options menu and selected the following:

Audio language: French
Subtitle language: French

from conversion 3xDVD5 i finish the game and everything work fine with the French language

Reg entries are not working as they should.

Game was installed and patched up to the 1.5 version, just like in instructions...

I was forced to re-install my OS. After setting up my comp as I wanted and installed the game, it wouldn't start. Kept throwing me this:

I downloaded 1.6 update and tried to patch the game. Got this:

look in registry for the patches, correct for your game location:


If missing a version of patch just add that one patch.

i install the game from 3xDVD5 and replace re-encoded Biks and leave the French language only i launch the game everything fine the game is full french
but after compress the game the problem persist the game is English title and without sound in game:(

I think you are just missing some registry entries for the lastest update 1.6 (used your existing script and game wasn't found after installation)

Are you working on it or changed your thoughts about doing it ?

DLC + patch 1.7 please !!!

Use the conversion by senseman. I will not update this conversion anymore. This game is quite buggy, impossible to install the patches and play after conversion. :(
Update yourself if you wish, just add the reg entries in InstallerScript.iss ;)

I will delete this conversion in few days.

I advise you not to use this conversion. This completely outdated. Use senseman conversion!
