I have used Freearc compress - srep, exe, exe2, delta and zlma - and i got 6 DVDs with English and Brazilian Portuguese, game updated to last build 1.10.0 and all DLCs!

try again if still same error then replace ultraarc with newest version ( don't overwrite the ini file )

thanks finaly I found it, previously there was nothing happen when i select all the redists option.

What compression level should I choose or leave it level0??

I have FC4/ v1.9.0/ dlc_durgesh/ dlc_yeti.
I still get FC4_1 @4.48GB...but, when I delete setup.exe it fits @4.36GB to be an iso image.

Is it ok to remove/delete *_hd & *_hd.fat in folder data_win32, data_win32/world/fcc_main, data_win32/world/multicommon and data_win32/world/downloadcontent/fcc_dlc30 -- fcc_dlc60 -- fcc_d90_dlc??

Or is there any file that safe to remove?

IF your doing a conversion for another language other then English, you still need to have the English versions of the files listed in first post AND the files for your language choice
so that game will run. remove all others you don't want in all other folders.

You cant delete the setup.exe, just make sure to follow the instructions correctly so that you end up with correct dvd sizes.

Installation finished without error . Just a small issue.

Overlap wording during installation (choose installation path) as per my image.

Is your system font set to higher than 100% size in display settings? If yes, that can cause a myriad of errors in all manner of applications.
