Hi, thanks for the conversion. But I need a different conversion. Is there any chance to do a "XXX to 2 DVD9" conversion. (Let XXX be any ISO file or installed form of the game:D). Thanks.

then read step #1 AGAIN. So you end up with files for 4xdvd5, just move them around until it fits on 2xdvd9.

the game (GOTY) update on steam and plus G4WL removed. steam users change all [LauncherSettings] and Remove GFWL line from setup.ini

for 2xdvd9 conversion,

3: Copy following files from DVD9 to DVD2

Code:

DXRedist

AMD_DCOptSetup.exe

dotnetfx35.exe

gfwlivesetup.exe

vcredist_x86.exe

5: Open InstallerScript.iss in DVD1 folder using Inno Setup (Inno Setup unicode need to be installed on your system)

Correct the install directory "D:\Program Files (x86)\WB Games\Batman Arkham City GOTY" to your game installation path

and edit also :

Code:

DiskSliceSize=1566000000

SlicesPerDisk=3

Code:

SlicesPerDisk=5

DiskSliceSize=1700000000

and

Code:

Compression=none

Code:

Compression=lzma2/fast

then compile it (about 40min to compress)

6: After compile delete from DVD1

Code:

include,Langsymbols,Languages, InstallerScript.iss,Setup.ico,clean.bat

delete also DVD3 and DVD4 folders

DVD1=7,92gb
DVD2=7,88gb

i check now and for 7mb dont fit on dvd9 :o
I had not considered the setup, i try with DiskSliceSize=1700000000
sorry for the error :p

dvd9= 8.547.991.552 byte
dvd1= 8.554.862.592 byte

Edit:

i try with DiskSliceSize=1700000000 and now it fit on dvd9, dvd1 is 8.513.783.324 byte and dvd2 is 8.468.728.359 byte.

steam version added.. game updated and Games for Windows Live has been removed...

i hate the GFWL :D

I hope it'll come for GTA 4 as well

I have a problem here.

After compile, my dvd 1 size is 4,75GB.

How to fix it?

re-read conversion steps.. make sure nothing was missed in the steps.
