If I understand English well I would help. (I generally use the google translator to post here.)
Maybe after having a version I can to help. Observing the texts and referred, I have seen referred to each text.
As seen by the image flag Portuguese (Portugal) was added. To PT-BR few phrases (or words) are incorrect.

If others can help with the translation to PT-BR, I am very grateful.

The Installer Creator is avaliable on 32 and 64 - Bit Windows Operating System, Could create for MAC OSX.

Oh and Progress for The project is 99.5%

Installer Creator is 100% complete.

Uh, nope. This program requires Inno Setup. It works as a team.

Inno Setup + Installer Source Code + Installer Creator = Custom Installer
