How did you dealt with exe?? did you point it to some kind of Launcher exe ??

I've unpacked setup.exe, in setup.ini there is Exe=QuantumBreakLauncher.exe

7zip+store works ok

Did you purposely leave redists in {app} ? You usually have them on {src}
