if you had first version of the file AND checked to install DX / C++ thats why it only installed those 2 files. It was fixed with an update to the setup, which you needed to replace in the conversion folder ( only if you'd completed it already. )

nene777 you have serious system issues, and would probably be beneficial to backup everything personal, reformat & reinstall your OS.

Almost every conversion thats posted here works fine on XP / W7 / W8, as long as you keep system updated properly, and make sure the pre-requisites for games get installed properly.

Ive tested many of them on all 3 OS's & they work fine, yes I ve a triple boot system, with Xp/W7/W8 all running together in 1 PC. no issues with any of the conversions posted yet.

read post #16.. referenced missing reg keys. What you posted was only for a not saving issue, NOT a resolution fix.

i did conversion after i installed update 1.02 and resolution didn't work in the game.
i entered above reg keys and resolution worked.

Call of Juarez Gunslinger Update 1.03

Fixed:
- problem with main menu missing and gameplay issues observed on some regional settings
- overlapping texts in controller layout settings in Russian localization
- outro subtitles line breaking in English localization

The only problem is the Support folder, it is empty.

tested this conversion with update 3.
working fine.
i guess your support problem is when you made your conversion, you removed the support folder from the game folder.

Thanks for the conversion.
BTW: I think the installer should have checkbox to install WMF (WMFDist11-WindowsXP-X86-ENU.exe) from Support folder as well as DirectX and VCRedist.
