Data1 - 1,81gb
Data2 - 446mb
Data3 - 524mb
Data4 - 99,5mb

Can this be used with the new "High Command Edition"?

What would I need to edit to add the DLC to the conversion?

try it and see if it works, if you want less weight you can remove languages you do not utilised
