Tested with lost archive dlc and iso becomes 200+mb too big.

I then removed all extra languages from bik files and still approx 170mb too big.

Also i noticed that the videos from lost archive are not included with the conversion, (viz.):

Code:

pr_ch09_loopexit.bik

pr_ch12_final.bik

sp_to_s16_loadexec.bik

So i'm guessing that lost archives dlc was not intended to be included within 1 dvd and should be seperate?

EDIT:
Game also refuses to start now.

Yep, the conversions only integrate the patches into original installshield installation data, and add the required reg entries for dlcs support (1.02 to 1.03), the dlc is not supposed to be integrated cause it doesn't fit.
