I have a bit of a cough tonight :P

One of those sticky situations where you go to a warez site/newsgroup to download a crack.

Here's what people should do:
Generally WAIT, there's no point in incriminating urself by downloading games for instance just to get the crack folder. If you're that desperate to play, use the originals for the first week (it will be posted on GCW eventually)
If you decide not to wait. Don't incriminate urself by posting warez sites and newsgroups here. Even if you're trying to help people, you're giving GCW the wrong image and because of that ONE post, more people will come here, post once, and be banned.
I'm starting to think that there should be a quiz or something before your first post, requiring that you read the rules to pass it.

i hate starting the game from dvd. poor performance and very noisy...

anybody who can help or have find a solution ?

I am able to start the game after applying the no-cd patch.. but I lock up at the edios screen with the crosshair after the movie plays. Broken no-cd patch? All I can find is the hoodlum patch.

geforce 6800gt
athlon xp 2800+
1.5GB pc 3200
Windows Home SP2
plextor 40X cd burner
lite-on dvd burner

Has anyone had problems when ur-RARing this file. Im using winRAR and it wont extract the files from the archive.

esynce, try again, the 11 Megabyte download works fine! (For your information, I've grabbed it from MIRROR #4.)

Make sure you have the latest WinRAR from www.rarsoft.com

what exactly is the error?
