Is there any chance of coming up with a fixed exe, or a no-cd for the Civilization 3 Play the world 1.14f?

The patch is out for some time now, it's a major improvement in the multiplayer, and still, there are no files to be found on the usual sites.

By the way, I managed to get a glimpse on your page before it went dowsn. Suberb work. I'm really hoping to see it back very soon.

Oh, sorry, I just found the thread that deals with that patch, I'm downloading it as I type this.
