what compression method did you use, and which version do you prefer for autorun ?

try the setup-fix in first post ( updated both )

I use this method
Using diskpan from v1
Try to install, get error like those pictures
Then i try to replace the setup from v2 and still same error

nope, thought i missed bpk from compressor ini, but had it enabled.
will have to ask the pro's what the issue could be ....

Look in Setup.ini for not allowed characters or spaces (all of that kind).

nothing there. Will have to test with full game, as you tried with only small file.
See if I get any errors.

I used exact same settings as you posted Danziel123, game installed perfectly with zero issue.
I thought I had done this before & i found the original version, which ive also uploaded in first post ( updated to latest ).
You now have 3 choices for the installer, all work without issues.

I reinstalled my original & tried the fix2v1 & 2, using the same settings you had listed.
Now it too gives the same errors, so there is some issue with those settings. Re-compress the game using different settings, I tried option 3 from _DiskSpan.bat in conversion output folder & its installed without problem, result is 4xdvd5.

Did you install from ISO/Disk or HDD?

i've always tested directly from HDD.

Tried recompile again with compression method srep & lzma2 (options number 3 in diskpan) still same error.
Tried install on another pc still same error.:confused:

definately something on your end ?!?! I reinstalled original game, used both v2 files & compressed fine & installed fine no errors. I use same OS as you W10X64.

I just compress gta v with your update in thread Houcine80, it's fine no error while install:confused:

The error come up when i double click setup.exe and click install then error like those pict:confused:

your using fixV2 or Originals Updated files ?

Using both setup.exe from the rar still error.
And try all the conversion still same.

Tired of problems... deleted everything & redid using CIU 3.0.0.0.Update.1.Hotfix.5

Tested EVERY version including install & uninstall.

Btw i just download your new conversion crash day redline edition (just for test), when i click install it's fine no error.
Or maybe make new simple installer like crash day?

It uses the exact same script ! Ive tested all 3 versions from the first post ( NEW Uploads today ) those Install perfectly fine..

I finally see why... your using ultraarc when ive been using diskspan :mad:
The error is from Ultraarc NOT from Diskspan. :rolleyes:

Recompress your installed game using diskspan option #3. resulted in 4xdvd5
1-3 4.37GB
4 3.78GB

Mausschieber must have tested using ultraarc as well...

Why are you not using the package as I have uploaded it, everything is set already, & as Ive said in last post I tested every single conversion I re-did them all & had NO ERRORS installing & uninstalling them with new files from first post ??

Had to Edit the UltrAarc.ini in v2 as it was set name for DOOM and not this game posted.
