i don't really understand what you've done, just make a fresh image of your original CD/DVD and that should work again.

SteveN_25 02-08-2006 14:23

does it matter about the protection system. Are you ment to install it. Plus I mounted the image on the laptop and its connected to my pc through a LAN. I shared the virtual drive on the laptop and mounted the file. I then used my desktop pc and started the install but the file is taking ages to install because its going over the LAN, is there away to speed it up.

the fastest way would be to install from your original CD/DVD and not from an image mounted over a network. (well, that actually depends on how fast your network connection is..)

Please tell me as soon as possible!!
Thank you

The first one used an old version of pid that could not identify the complete version number of securom.

cdkey stuff is only found as a string in the exe files. Maybe it belongs to securom.

GR8FO2 03-08-2006 02:57

Yeah I knew that....But I wasn't thinking before seeing the screenshot to the fact that if they changed SF4 to SecuROM, maybe they added Serial key since most SecuROM games has one...... And then it made me doubt about the fact that if they did so, maybe Europe and American versions wouldn't be compatible together cause of the CD-KEY verification that American version could have of more....

blaXe 03-08-2006 05:03

Oh guys, I'm so happy that the US Version is SecuRom protected and not StarForce. :) :) :)
Damn that crap StarForce!
So now we just have to wait for a good crack by reloaded  (which will come out soon I think/hope)

From what I've read at one of the Flatout forums, no, the US and European versions are not compatible at this time. They say a patch will be coming to fix that.

The American version supposedly has some updated code not found in the European version and the patch will even things up when it's released so they'll be compatible online.

I too am so glad that the US version doesn't use SF, ecstatic actually, as this is my most anticipated game of the year for the PC. I'm heading out to my local EB in just a few minutes to get it. Not only does using Securom7 raise the chance for a possibility of a NoCD crack in the future, but it also will not destroy my PC like SF can. :)

GR8FO2 03-08-2006 11:49

Thx for the clear answer dude!! :-)

osiac2011 04-08-2006 03:57

And did anyone manage to get the game (US-Version) running with a mini-image or full image?

blaXe 04-08-2006 11:37

Confirmed!

Attention: Don't buy the SF version of the game (European?). Use online shopping!

Love it!

noscript 04-08-2006 12:43

can anyone please upload the cracked files?

munsterbuster 04-08-2006 12:46

Reloaded hasn't done anything yet. There are only warez clones from two groups.

Wait a couple of hours or days. They surely will release something.

noscript 04-08-2006 13:22

there is a reloaded release. look at xrel or nforce.

we dont need to wait any longer if anyone would upload the crack :)

HellasVagabond 04-08-2006 13:35

The reloaded release doesnt have a crack in it from what i hear guys

blaXe 04-08-2006 13:48

It has a crack included!! Look at the install notes in the nfo, you will see!
I would post the part of the nfo here, but I don't wanna risk a ban, so search it yourself...

That release was fake. They released a couple of minutes ago. As soon I get a hand on the crack, I'll upload it. Or somebody else cause it is on a 5 cd release. What a crap.

neptun 04-08-2006 14:11

Use this crack.I tested it and it is working. For the US 5 CD version.

Flat.Out.2-RELOADED

I uploaded the crack by RELOADED 15 minutes ago.
It should be online @ GCW within the next few hours!

THX 2 RELOADED 4 another fine release! Enjoy!

XdaywalkerX 04-08-2006 15:12

Crack also works 4 the EU version - but i don't know if u can play the game from the beginning to the end (some hidden checks or something) ... the game starts without problems and u can play normally... no problems...

oh - and u can choose all 5 languages from the EU release.

i've deinstalled the game (starforce drivers removed) reinstalled the game WITHOUT install the starforce drivers - finished the intstallation.

now go to the install dir and delete protect.exe flatout2.exe protect.drv and protect.dll - insert the cracked exe by reloaded and start the game... or simply replace the exe if u wanna keep the starforce-driver crap on ur system.

blaXe 04-08-2006 15:22

yes XdaywalkerX, I just wanted to post this too :P
It really works also with the EU Version...

Rayder 04-08-2006 16:29

Coolness!

GR8FO2 04-08-2006 18:19

Hey there Rayder!!

I've read your post and signature, and I was wondering, did you try it yet with your 9800 Pro 128MB? If so, how well is it running and at what settings? =D

Can't wait till I get enough cash to buy(few days)

dialtone 05-08-2006 02:50

reloaded crack support

Hi I have a raedon 9200 pro (Omega 2.6.05a) and installed the new reloaded patch to flatout 2 and the game actually loaded for the first time. Problem is when I get to the actual racing or mini games the screen is white although i can still see the odometre and position and all that other stuff. Is anyone else getting this problem? If anyone can give me any further information on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

if such, you couldn't even start the game since the files would be crypted (like for instance in crashday). the game just uses 3 big data files which thankfully aren'r rigged with any starforce shit. the only problem for now is incompatible mplayer with the uncracked EU version (this should be resolved within next patch)

Surely the game loads ok when using the original disc to play?
And do you experience the white screen problem when using the original disc?

Point3r 05-08-2006 09:28

Game crash

when i try to play on-line , in the search servers screen , the game crash to windows and sais that there is a error with the flatout2.exe file .
i'v noticed it happens after some times that you try to play , after restart of Winxp , i can try few more times and than it crash again .

its the RELOADED crack .

SP game works ok ...

any body have the same problem ?

Bravo 05-08-2006 11:35

Im soooo happy that Flatout 2 US does not use starforce v4. It uses securom 7 instead. Starforce needs to go away.

maciozo 05-08-2006 12:39
