you cant peter doesn't use installer script, he has his own & you either use it as is, with his instructions, or use another conversion.

Second time I got this error.

3GB RAM and 39GB free space on HDD.

Free ram shortage, close all apps opened to free up at least 1.7 gb of memory.

Problem solved.:D I run conversion on brother's laptop with 4GB RAM. Finish successful. Setup tested and working without problem. Anyway thanks for the help :)

Yep, for sp+mp update of conversion needed, I will update it ASAP.

The dlcs added by update 3 are only maps & outfits for multiplayer (DataPC_AC3MP_Plantation_dlc.forge, DataPC_AC3MP_FortMathieu_dlc.forge)

Peter, for those of us who just want to back it up to a blu-ray disc, can you adjust compression to just zip? I'd do it myself, but you don't share your .iss scripts anymore.

Peter, I thought this conversion, like many you've made before it, uses a strong level of compression to make the game files fit on smaller media. I was inquiring if you had a version of this conversion that didn't have high compression - as the high compression takes lots of time to install and isn't necessary if you have large media that can fit the files on easier, such as a 25gb BD-R.

You did something wrong!
The correct steps are:

1) Install the game

2) Extract 'AC4_3xDVD5_2xDVD5.7z.001 ... AC4_3xDVD5_2xDVD5.7z.004' contents (not in game folder).

3) Extract & overwrite AC4_v1.05+Dlcs.7z content to conversion folder

4) Launch Compress.bat & wait...

5) Burn or make isos with label names of your choice

well my first convertion everything was fine, I could install, but the secon and the next and the next and the next and the next are corrupt!! .
I uninstall the game two times and delete the files convertion and i cant install, all the bin files are corrupt!!

i did the convertion iin the same drive in different drive always in different game's folder

You could climb back all the main package that already has support for more dlc 1.5 update

If you repeat the conversion more than once from the same folder,
the 2x DVD5 setup.exe file will be corrupted cause the patch is applied multiple times.

The solution:

1) Grab the setup.exe from here

2) Re-extract the conversion files from original archives (AC4_3xDVD5_2xDVD5.7z.001 ... AC4_3xDVD5_2xDVD5.7z.004) and then re-make the conversion.

The issue is quickly explained:

You have the steam version, the conversion is for Uplay version! :D

Anyway, you are still able to do conversion following these steps:

1) Remove _CommonRedist folder from game's installation folder.

2) Delete & re-create Data5.bin archive file.

3) Download & extract the content of this file to AC4_3xDVD5_2xDVD5\AC4\Disk1 folder
