Uninstall doesn't work in my case

I have an "libgdk-win32-2.0-0.dll" error. Running Win7x64. Tried registering the dll with regsvr32 but won't Win7 says it may be incompatible with system I am running. I downloaded and put the dll in System32 folder and in the Thief folder. Message says " The program can't start because libgdk-win32-2.0-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

I have tried to register the dll but Win7x64 refuses to do so. The error pops up four times and I end up with one folder named DVD1 which is empty and a message that says conversion successful"
Just saw above reply and didn't know I had to install Gimp first.

exactly the same error... it stopped at 99,17%. For remove the screen, I must press CTRL+ALT+TAB and close setup.exe, because if I press Cancel button, the screen remains.
Any ideas?

@chuotchu001 just asking. did you using IC 2.1 or 2.2 from Razor? if yes better using older version ( 1.2.2.0 ) because the Newest version ( 2.1 or 2.2 ) is have a lot bugs.

there is just sound effect in game that i can hear without character voice (mute).
(ex: cutscene or garrett voice)

Decompression error on DVD2 after conversion,not good conversion,can someone fix the problem,please..
But game work fine in original iso file,after i update the game with new update
Also do i must delete unninstall files before conversion
