But I don't guarantee that fit into 3xDVD5 after update 1.438.0.

Make a test! :)

I planned the conversion with Compression=Lzma/Ultra64, if not fit, try change to: Compression=Lzma2/Ultra64. But I will not say if change much.

When I follow all the steps I finally press Compile and after a few seconds I get the following error:

'Out of memory'

What can I do about this?

This problem has been fixed in Inno 5.2.2 (2007-10-22):
Fix: The compiler could fail with an "Out of memory" error on script files containing more than ~100,000 lines, due to a heap fragmentation issue.
