Only thing is... the patch does NOT fix the thunderstorm bug. I didn't try the 5, but the audio problems are still present in 1.01.

Yes I did. And if you browse some of the SA forums, you will see that the patch doesn't correct that issue. In some cases the bug will not appear, be it's still there - count on it. If the bug really DID disappear, congrats, but that would probably be a combination of hardware and the bug that somewhat fixes it.

Now there is a NO-CD/-DVD FIXED EXE available for version 1.01 of the game, but not by RELOADED, no DEViANCE have made it!!!

Can anybody please report here, if it's working?! I don't have installed the game at the moment, so I can not test it at this time.

It is working yes. Reinstalled the game just to try the crack out... :P
Maybe this means Deviance will be cracking some SecuROM v7 games soon too... :D
