I don't know if you've successfully tested the no-CD method you suggested...but it does not seem to work for me :(

The best I could get was a "Please insert the DVD in another drive and press retry" message!!!!

Seriously, 1) don't expect answers for a question that has no meaning and 2) don't bump just because no one answered your question!
