is pathetic and not true. therefor my comment on that. it sounds like anyone can play panzers v.1.06 without having the repair bug. nonsense...sorry.
i must admit, that i'm happy that i can play with my backup-copies.....

1st. Im not a huge RTS fan to play in MP
2nd. IMO this game is gorgeous by its tanks, without repairt unit the tanks are almost useless and boring. Infantry is totally arcade

hehe the whole game is arcade - stoppt searching 4 a crack same with soldiers : heros of ww2 its a shame they do so much arcade this days ... glad i only wastet my money on one of those games (playing a friends copy saved me of buying soldiers,too) - in my opinion arcade is for consoles like x-box ect ... but most game releases in the last year or two realy sucked when it comes to realism ....... hope they stop turning the PC game genre in something you need a gamepad 4 to enjoy ...........

playing without repair bug (at least for me)

note: its the standard procedure given in the readme of the 3 cds spread on emule under the name ....panzers.....torrent-planet.net... with one important addition: the copy of cd3 has to be put in a pure cd or dvd drive not a cd or dvd writer !!

I sketch the whole procedure:
follow exactly the rules in the downloaded files
you can install from harddisc but you definitely need an image of cd3 burned to a cd-rw 700 mb to run it
read again: you need to burn the image to play without any crack and without the repair bug
the prog i used is alcohol 120% (newest version, 1.9.2.1705)
you should also be sure that there are no emulations from alc or daemon tools are running in the background, so disable them all!!!

first thing is to create the image of cd3 with alc.
after this i burned the image on a 700 mb cd-rw, with the following options:

(badly translated to english from a german alc version)
datatypey: user defined
writespeed: 4x - 8x
write method: dao/sao
buffer underun technology activate: on
do not close last session: off
circumvent efm errors : off
sub channel correct: on (default)
write rmps to medium : off

install the game, update it using patch 1.06, start it
reboot so starforce 3 drivers are installed
insert cd3 in a standard cd or dvd drive (do not use the cd writer!!)
start game (disc checking takes a while but the copy check is passed !)

Solution For Repair Problem Found!
 

I have checked it just now and finaly works!
Install the game. Change original exe avec PANZERS_V1-1.06_german_NoCD_by_S1elz. You can find it in www.gamecopyworld.com.

Then, pay attention, utilise ONLY the starforce clean.exe of starforce****ers included in their no cd release : Codename Panzers v1.0 [GERMAN] No-CD/Fixed EXE. (you can find it again in www.gamecopyworld.com)

And then..................PLAY BABES

I have tried the solution for days and there is no repair problem.
If there a repair truck problem at a moment, save, exit and then restart the game. (That's a small bug and not the problem we all had before.)
The crack works perfectly with the combination of starforce clean.exe as I described earlier!

EXE is 1.04 not 1.06.

use 1.04 exe functioned exactly the same.

wrong version = fake
