unfortunately, neither method works to create a cdloader for the latest versions of civ3:(. anything beyond the original loaders level (1.07f) is 2.60.52 I believe and the loader doesnt work. but the new total war works so THANK YOU. my children are yours to do your manual labor.

yes, loaders are created, but it still asks for a cd... same thing for either of the method options

i installed Divine Divinity German - safedisk 2.60 loader works fine.

but DD isn't stable without the path under winxp, so i install the patch for DD.

DD has now safedisk 2.70 and the loader doesn't work anymore :(

from the v1.1.2 readme:
"Even when i execute the No-CD Loader, the game still asks for the CD !
The Loader only bypasses the Safedisc CD-Check. Some additional cd-checks could be implemented in the game code. A backup cd (written with Nero or another burning program) should be enough to run the game."
yes, Civilization III has some additional CD-Checks.

btw, the Method of API Stuff Decryption option is only important for SD 2.40.1x and 2.51.2x protected games having API stuff. For all other versions, this option does nothing !!!

i haven't included the general Loader for v2.70.30 in the Cleaner yet, as i have seen it's still a bit unstable...
