Yes, video playback is the most I miss and I believe everyone is missing that option. That is the only one what is missing from Installer Creator which will create the best installer creator software. I really do not understand yener's creator because there is no tutorial available. Your software is the best what I come across. Just one thing I am waiting for is video playback.

It will take hours to do that. I think I will do it tomorrow, gotta finish Compressor V2 first, because I currently don't have the necessary resources for video, but I will get them in 4 hours, will have to buy internet data for this procedure and I currently don't have them but will have at GMT 11PM.

disable antiviruses bro, especially win defender. Install freearc and try again.
If it still doesn't work, then I really don't know what the problem is because I don't get such errors from my computer unless if archive is damaged.

It is done, it is Installer Creator v2.8. The video addon, is just straight forward. Just choose video, choose project, click add, wait for a few minutes then check project after the process is complete, run IC, choose the updated project, compile then there will be video playback. I only created videoaddon.exe and updated compiler.exe for this. Will upload it after 3 hours, gotta have breakfast first though.

Please remember, when the video will in play mode in the background during installation, the background music should not be on. It should be on if we stop the video during installation is going on.

Already sorted that,
if you have music, video and slides, this is what happens:
if music was playing,
music will be turned off,
music button will be disabled,
video will play till finish then
music and slides will takeover.
If you have video only,
video will repeat itself until installation finishes.

Hi Razor, is it possible to put an equalizer. When the music will on the equalizer will dance with the beats. I might be demanding too much. :(

I cannot do that in inno. I might be able to do it with new technology though.

Select project
click on proceed button.
Then you will be notified for video addition.
Load the updated project with installer creator and compile.

Got it. There is a shortcut key on the desktop for Video Addon.

IC 2.8.0 has a bug - when unpacking archives, the installer doesn't show how much is left to the end of the installation, it shows all the time zeros. It wasn't an error in the previous version.

You can't set icon directly, rather edit the executable with resource hacker.
If you don't want frame, open jpg image, save as png and bmp with paint. Then load the png and bmp.
The music button, without text is an alternative button for music just like close and cancel button.
You must select two buttons different button, the first button is the one which you modified, the second button is the button you want to look like the first button. Intel is information such as width height, graphics are button images, and everything is both information(intel) and graphics. For example, you first design the "back" button, then you want "next" button to look like "back" button exactly then you set back button, along with next button then select everything, the click on duplicate.

I found another bug in IC 2.8.
When you specify the registry key to be added after installation it is not added.

Thinking of closing this program, It has so many bugs and I can't do anything about them.

Please please please do not close it. We like it. Just try to fix the bugs. We know that you can do it. The best installer creator I have is this one. Please.

The only problem is that, it requires RAD Studio XE3 which I no longer have. Otherwise, the latest RAD Studio XE7 doesn't even open the source. If I can continue with installer creator, I have to get the software first so that I can fully fix the bugs.

Guys, it is okay. I started downloading it from the RAD Studio site, I have a permit to download from their site. Don't get warnings for providing torrents and etc. I have to get Delphi 2009 and Delphi XE3, 35% on both, they will probably finish 3 days from now.
Delphi 2009 for DLL creation and Delphi XE3 for the program itself.
