pzlib:m2:c32m+srep:m3f:a2+lolz 9.30gb to 5.62gb...
*note use pzlib not ztool i tried ztool with max/high and r9 i get worst ratio :confused:
update : using ztool 32bit seems to work you will get 5.5gb...

How can we use oggenc on .iwd files. can u please share the info.

FitGirl and corepack compressing this game with on lang with 50% ratio.
there use Ztool but what option which with ztool for 49% or 50% ratio?

Sure, Its a batch process, Use 7z to extract .iwd files with sound files in it. Start from bottom to top. Then compress .wav files and later delete them. Now copy zip.exe to "main" folder and oggdec in game folder. Create a batch files using notepad and type

This ones for Decompressing . ogg to .wav, you can also use this code to compress .wav files.
for /R main %%i in (*.ogg) do oggdec.exe -Q "%%i"

This one to only delete files with same extension like .ogg
del /f /q /s engine\*.ogg >nul

After restoring the wav files, this code will compress the folder back to .iwd file, just replace iw_15 to the files you extracted, and you have to copy the entire code below for each .iwd file you restore, and after restoration this code will automatically delete the folder as well
cd iw_15
..\zip a -tzip -r iw_15.iwd -mx1
move iw_15.iwd ..
cd ..
del /f /q /s iw_15\*.*
rd /q /s iw_15

just did a game count 28 of them were posted by me....and i have more games....lol geez i have alot of games

re doing a few of my games with lolz... also using a more powerful ram eating srep... i have been posting ram easy methods because not everyone has extremely powerful computers but i feel its time to show some slightly higher memory hog methods for those who do... will post updates if better i am new to it and its a new toy to test will also soon be posting more need for speed games :cool:

Compressed Far Cry 4 Gold Edition from 30.2gb to 14.1gb
 

used srep +exe2 +delta + lolz on exes dlls etc files.
used srep +lolz on fat and dat files
and msc + srep +lz77 on
size is 2.7gb higher than FG (only 11.4gb) but extraction speed is 6x than hers on my pc.
required size is same as game size if u have enough ram.

It would be nice if anyone do a repack on just cause 3.

@hos11 do you know what kind of streams it has?
i personally do not own it
Razor made a file scanner if i took a stab in the dark i would say it uses zlib
but you need to know what streams it has before anyone can help you...
or if someone who has repacked it happens to see this

i attatched a file for pzlib3 try adding it to your setup and try the following method
pzlib3+srep:m3f:l128:a1+lolz:dt1:dtp1:dto1:dtm1:dt w1:dtd1:mtt0:mt#d64m:tt4 h14:fba4096:mc1023:bc8:blr8:bm

were it says # above change that number to your desire dependant on the amount of threads(cores) you have.. pzlib3 gets a better ratio its pretty much on par with precomp0.38 but faster

@hos11 ah i see you use freearc i do not i use my own compressor based off pankers masked compressor i learned how to make it from his
one thing i do know if you mix lolz with lzma on the same thing it can have a negative effect i would only use lolz they could be interfereing with eachother

what kind of installer do you use?

hmm mine is a modified wpi installer
the compressor is designed to be directly compatible with it

alright i just need time to edit and for my repack to finish lol
