dkz77 was having issue getting video playback, it was a misconfigured codec pack that caused the issue, not that he had to install it. same with 1006 - 1014 they both use same xvid, but his install was blocking it as he had a different default.

The reason I ask is that the new DLC, The Assignment is out.

Also I think with UltraARC you would be able to get better compression.

yes working on new version as the DLC content is about 6GB. AND will be changed to use UltraARC.

it compresses whatever you have installed, so if added DLC then it will be compressed too.

Don't delete Language Files like a_planted_seed_will_grow_en.streamed
without _en the Game won't start.
All other Files like claws_of_the_horde_fr.streamed you can delete.
I've left only:
all files with en and de (german) Game works fine.

yes but you may end up with 1 more dvd5, depending on how big the extra language files are.

how much freespace do you have on HD ?
where do you have conversion extracted to & where do you put the output files ?

i have 600 gb freespace all in local disc D:\, the conversion in D:\Evil_Conversion

then go grab the newest UltraARC 3.021 & use that on the conversion. Don't have the time atm, to reinstall the game & re-compress it. ( just had second surgery & too much pain to be sitting in front of PC much lately. )

I used the attached files to compress my game (+DLC==>Consequence)
the installed game's size was 51 GB and compressed file is 15.6 GB
I have these files: data1a.arc (4.19 GB), data1b.arc (4.19 GB), data1c.arc (4.19 GB), data1d.arc (3.01 GB)

before starting the compression I've checked "srep" and "lsma"
but now after 5 hours the setup files can't decompress and install the game.
I want to know whether choosing the "srep" and "lsma" options has made this problem and how can i make a setup program for it. i'm very new to this kind of projects.

Those individual files should each be on separate DVD. What did you change in ultraarc.ini before starting conversion? Am also updating to CIUV2 & will be updating first post with newer conversion files.

After compression ends, I have 4 folders and the above named files are in those folders.
But when i put the setup.exe in "Evil_1", it cannot install the game.
I should mention that if I choose not those Options in UltraARC, size of the compressed files is 51GB and 11 Disk is needed.

and for compression use srep,exe,exe2,delta,lzma

you will end up with 6dvd5s

I am just finalizing CIU2030V2 update from CIU1014, 90% done, will upload new version
shortly. just choose source & output leave the rest at default for best results.
