No, you have to use the Windows registry editor to export the game registry.

NO Registry Entries

1. Install the game. Update game to latest version, apply NO-CD if necessary.

2. Download attachment, extract to HD, NOT in Gamefolder.

2A. MOVE __Installer to Output folder DVD1.

What version of IC was used to make this installer?

CIUV2 was used to make conversion, I don't use IC to make conversions.
