Sorry, but no idea. :/

When I follow all the steps I finally press Compile and after a few seconds I get the following error:

'Out of memory'

What can I do about this?

This problem has been fixed in Inno 5.2.2 (2007-10-22):
Fix: The compiler could fail with an "Out of memory" error on script files containing more than ~100,000 lines, due to a heap fragmentation issue.

Anyway, update Inno Setup Unicode version (u) to the latest version 5.5.2.

Just put any directX from other game for example.

Download again and extract with Winrar, 7zip or Freearc.
