About patches, i installed this new version. Anyway, i Disabled Ambient occlusion and FPS go up to 45, 55FPS.
I think, this effect is buggy! I have GTX 570, is beyond of recommended requirements. I use latest driver.
If i enabled ambient occlusion, fps go down to 10, 15 FPS.

still seems like a bug that needs fixing, better off just using update 1, as it looked better & didnt have the FPS cap ??

Without patches: 25, 30FPS with maximum settings, vsync off. (hmm, it's fine) :)
With patch 1.1 or 1.2: 10, 15FPS with maximum settings, vsync off. :mad:
So, disabled ambient fuck occlusion and be happy! :D

By the way, some links are repeated in the videos re-encoded. From the Video.7z.008 -> show Video.7z.004 again. In Video.7z.009, show Video.7z.005 again.
I downloaded up to the part 007. This gives an unspecified error when testing with 7zip.

hi pakrat2k2 can u give me a screenshot of the setting used in rad to do the bik file conversion.i also testing bik coversions but for some reason if i do a file info in rad tools on a specific video file there are multiple track id for audio but after i do a conversion ,i do a file info on the converted bik i can only see 1 track id for audio

Just follow the conversion, EXCEPT you replace Original biks with 720p reencoded ones, which will then make the conversion a 2xdvd5 instead of a 3xdvd5 with full version biks.

just do the conversion then make sure all *.bin files are all in 1 folder along with setup* files.

hi pakrat2k2 is there a possibility that u can give tutorial on converting biks for future reference.everytime i try all my bik files are missing the extract tracks(track id only one track of audio in my bik files)how do u keep all audio tracks in biks with downsampling?

You can explain me please, the commands for recompress BIK files with your quality (i test your Bik files) but with spanish language?

you have to remember that within each bik there are a number of audio tracks, each providing a seperate function. It may be a corresponding language or stereo/mono track, environment sounds, etc the list is huge what it may be. And for some games like this one there is only english audio with subtitles for the other languages. BUT you still have to extract each sound track and them mix it back it to your re-encoded biks. BAMsE is the master of bik conversion, just read some of his topics that include bik conversion.

Tested and working on Win7 64bit SP1

But if I do in this way (see below) the installation of the update 1.1 is faster because it had only 1 language to update

yes much quicker if you delete the languages you DONT want, then install updates 1.1 & 1.2.. just speeds thru, takes much less time to install.

Thanks, My conversion was DVD1= 4.34 Gb and DVD2= 2.66 Gb (includes updates 1.1 & 1.2 and audio English and Spanish).
Tested only the conversion, installation will test later.

Track ID106: Not Tested (Mono)

Ok... finally find it how to make, reading the official BIK help.

First need to downsampling the Movie: (test are only in the first movie of the game)

The first you need to know, is the size of this bik video audio is 5.5Mb each language, two languages are 11Mb + Video Size.

With this, downsampling the movie off 50% of original quality. Tested and looks great! (dont touch any Size or FPS)
The value /Dxx is the % of downsampling, select another one for test.
Note: This conversion remove all tracks from our new video, only leave the track 0.
And now, insert the languages into the new file we made
Take the original file with all languages, and mix with the new one we made, the value /Tx is the desire track, and the /ix is the Imput track.
With this test:
Original File Size: 149.644Mb
New File SIze...: 75.880Mb

Edit: Added the batch file for RadTools for complete downsampling all the movies with 2 languages (English & Spanish).

Fabioddq you wanted to ask a question eh I realized that the new script, when you give the default installation option you have set as installation options in the Custom option where you get what directx, etc ... to give the default option as I do not install anything in the Custom option.

You must copy Support folder to TCGRFS_3 before the creation of ISO'S or burn DVD's.

Have when you give the installation the installation Default tab, normal would have to install everything, but it may be optional as direcx and etc. ..

For only works if you give me the option of custom installation.

Fabioddq what Demonn, is saying is that choosing default installation you DONT get to choose optional programs IE directx etc. It should be optional as well even choosing default location. It does let you choose to install them or not under custom installation.

The parameters are correct. I use them in all my conversions. If you choose Default Installation, shall not be possible edit because everything will be installed by default. I believe there's no way to change this.

The problem is that nothing is installed, hence my question of why.

Hmm, i understand. probably, if you choose default installation, the custom options shall not be checked. Maybe it's technical issues of the C.I.
So, i can't do anything.
