only delete the registry key IF you didnt uninstall from DVD9 version BEFORE installing from dvd5 conversion.

Support folder 1341
Mass Effect 3 folder 6

80+3+1+1341+6 = 1431

2 files missing ???

peterf1999: Please can you make repack of Total War: Shogun 2 - Fall of the Samurai with srep + precomp + lzma installed game have 29GB i think with this method you can pack it to 10GB maybe less

The installer prompt the user if he wants to install it, no need manually installation.

Even as I installed the codec it did not help.
I also groped in the settings. I checked this on Win XP SP3 and Win 7 SP1.

1) Extract 'ME3_2xDVD5.7z' contents

2) Launch Compress.bat & wait... (go to get pizza and beer)

3) Move/Copy from Game's installation folder to 'Mass_Effect_3_2xDVD5\Disk1' folder :

'vc\vc2008sp1' folders

4) Burn or make isos with label names of your choice

after this all the step i creat iso from dvd1 folder with name of my choice but my second dvd2 folder is blank only autorun text icon in side folder and when i install the game its need second dvd
can you please tell me complete step by step conversion again

depends on what languages you want... read WHOLE thread as there is an attachment not posted in post#1 that has files for eng-fra localisation, that were missed. Around post #20 ?

n7 edition contains more a DLC From Ashes than the standard version.

for 2x dvd5 conversion no problem, if you want to make the 1x DVD5 conversion you should remove the dlc

ok i don't know what is wrong i did it please help i west my lots of time behind this game

i download you 'ME3_2xDVD5.7z' and after that i extract this on my desktop and
following you all steps
2) Launch Compress.bat & wait... (go to get pizza and beer)

after the long time when command prompt say every thing is don press any key and its exit after that when i see inside the Disk1 & Disk2 there is nothing
and after that i search my computer so all the data1.bin to data9.bin file inside of windows syswow folder and there is lots of mor file which now containing 7 gb
C:\windows\SysWOW64\Disk1 & Disk2
i cut data1.bin inside my mass effect 3 disk1 and data2.bin to data9.bin in my Disk2 folder but now my dvd size are
Disk1 size is 4.25 Gb
Disk2 size is 5.55 Gb
dont know what is wrong with my step please help i lost my lots of time behind this

peterf I did the first conversion andta well then you added the file for the language, I only changed the words to ITA FRA but this error: Switch

I let it go and I created the 2 files and Data8.bin Data9.bin I start the installation when it comes to Data8.bin by an error that says it is not done with SREP.

how do I fix this?
If you pass me the script if you always.

Is there any chance that you can make two types of conversion in future?

One with Video background (as it is in your current setup files) and one with Still images like in classic conversions?

I, for example, rather prefer Still images over Video.

tried again this conversion with 1.3 patch, Extended Cut and From Ashes DLC, and still fit 2 dvd 5. but the second dvd is almost full (4.38 gb)

I've seen trying peterf1999 Mass Effect 3 requirements that there is always the problem that does not check the computer to multiple cores and marks it as a requirement is not satisfactory.

If you have the correct code for the controls of the requirements since they can not implement it because I have the script let me know if you want us to waste time that I just pass me the script or will I pass my ...

I have a little question. For conversion with audio italian, I downloaded the compress_FRA.bat and edited with ita. I don't understand when I ned to run this compress_FRA. Before or after compress.bat in main conversion?
Another question : Where I put setup.exe (in the same attachment of compres_FRA) ? In the disk1 folder?

Before or after doesn't matter, Compress_fra.bat creates the supplementary Data8.bin & Data9.bin files

I made this conversion but i encounter a problem. Now I try again, but i need to know the register key to delete for a cleary installation, please.

My problem is : during extraction of one languages (ITA) file I get an error : "NOT Srep file".
The compression of languages files work correctly without error. I used the compress_FRA.bat and edit for ITA file. Both Data8 and Data9 are 1.29 gb (togheter).
Help me please

If the archives aren't broken, it could be due:
during de-compression a temp files are used, maybe an antivirus locks them and the error appears, try to close all applications,
especially antivirus real time protection.

The message that you got is unequivocally: Archives data is corrupted!

Try to re-create the data archives.

Try this only for testing :

Rename:
Data8.bin to Data1.bin
Data9.bin to Data2.bin

Put the files just renamed in temp folder with setup.exe and then launch it to test the extraction. (skip the errors of movies,directx....).

If not work, can I create a conversion without data8 and data9, but with setup.exe (for the italian registry key) and add after the italian file?
