My game is not working :mad: I bought it from amazon.com (didnt work) and got a replacement for it and that does not work. I had this before1-4 zt2 for my xp(love it) now I have a Vista computer and found zt2 ultimate collection is for Vista , but I be darn I can get this game to work, it load ok but does not come on I called microsoft replacement and they are suppose to send me a replacement disc, the # is 1800 360-7561 . anybody else got any idea how to make this game work ? PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

I have Zt2 ultimate collection and it did not work on my pc , I called microsoft for help.-1-800-microsoft, they help for free for zt2 ultimate collection, but they did not solve my problem but found out that my computer was crashing for all sorts of reasons, He suggested that i do a system recovery on my computer, this WORKED, I installed the game again and it work, I suggest that u do a back up file first before you begin....GOOD LUCK ps get help with this if you dont know how to do this.

mine just saves it as a rar or a 7z file what do i do :confused:

Ok, my game starts just fine.. But I can't get the patch because it says the game is not installed.. I can play the game but I can't do several things because they don't stay open, for instance in the extinct campaign when you place the statue everything closes and you can't do anything.. Got a fix for that?

You dont need a folder!

From the Readme that comes with the EXE Cowsheep has provided .....

So, create a backup of your original Zt.exe, then overwrite the original EXE with the one Cowsheep has provided. I dont know the exact location of the file as I dont have the game but it will most likely be in the folder where the game is installed. ;)

It really doesn't get any easier than this. :)

I've done everything correct, and now it's telling me:
"The procedure entry point _AIL_close_3D_listener@4 could not be located in the dynamic link library MSS32.DLL."

WHAT?! How do I fix it?

Hi lads got this game, Zoo tycoon Ultamite collection for the kids, Im running windows 7 64 bit, The game loads, but all i get is a blackscreen, and i can here the game running in the background, anyone know how i can fix this.

I'm sure the game doesn't officially support 64-bit Windows but you might be able to make it work by up- or downgrading the video card driver. (You should consider running it in a virtual machine - e.g. VMware - instead.)

Cowsheep, THANK YOU! I have win 7 and I guess I scrached the disc 1 a bit so I couldn´t run the game, because it didn´t recognize the disc even when I started the game directly from the disc. This was a perfect idea to place the zt.exe file and (I am not sure of course but I guess it was you or your friend) to place the "tutorial" to youtube how to find and download this :-)

it says MSS32.DLL is missing what should i do?

During the conversion, the installation or when trying to run the (installed) game? Does it also occur when installing/installed from the original?
