All we need is x64 to x32 code converter :)

TippeX 07-11-2007 15:15

erm, isnt possible
x64 uses completely different calling conventions
not to mention 64 bit registers, how will you emulate 64 bit registers in 32 bit ones?
its not a simple task, doable sure... error prone, definately... out of the range of most peoples skills... totally

BarryB 07-11-2007 15:48

I was kidding! I am stupid, but not THAT stupid :D

hyena 09-11-2007 12:17

The crack for HG:L Patch 0 posted on GCW doesn't work for me.

BarryB 09-11-2007 14:02

What happens? Do you get an error message? Does it crash? Does the original DVD with patch 0 work?

hyena 09-11-2007 14:51

If you apply the crack for the 1.40 version, you can't see the main menu.

TippeX 09-11-2007 15:06

and the original is ok.. right?

tontsa00 09-11-2007 15:17

Same problem, i can't see menu when using that 1.40 patched no-dvd.

But original works fine

katan 09-11-2007 15:33

It doesn't work for me as well :(
I get an error message when try to click "Accept" in option menu or try to look at smth in my inventory. The message which i get is:

Runtime Error!
Program: G:\Games\Hellgate London\SP_x86\hellgate_sp_dx9_x86.exe
R6002
- floating point support not loaded

And after that the game crashes.

(I'm talking about Hellgate: London Patch 0 SP [MULTI8] Fixed EXE from GCW)

SP Beta Patch 1.2

Hey guys!

I'm relocating right now and that's why I don't have Internet atm (writing from a friend right now).

So I just wanted to play HGL offline until I have access to my online account again.

I applied the new SP Beta Patch 1.2 and have some serious problems: I can't get any image working, it always says "emulation detected" or "wrong disc". I already tried nearly everything, DAEMON Tools 4.06 HE, DAEMON Tools 4.10 Pro and different versions of YASU. I tried virtual ide and scsi drives.

I also did the following (Zulu mentioned it), but it didn't help anyway:

- remove/disable any virtual drive
- open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\MountedDevices and delete all values (they'll be automatically regenerated after reboot)
- uninstall SPTD
- Reboot
- (re)install SPTD
- Reboot
- create virtual drive in recommended DT version 4.06 and try again

Would be nice if anyone had a workaround so I'm able to play HGL with an image. Don't want to bother with the DVD.

Maybe it's not working with the new patch because of an updated SecuRom protection or something like that?

Thank you very much for any suggestions.

Greetings
FTI

P.S.: I'm sorry for my bad English but I'm from Austria. :D

Zulu 13-04-2008 13:38

Also tried latest DT lite 4.12.3 ?
Should work with latest Securom versions 7.36.0010/11/12 - if problem isn't caused by something else.

Zulu 24-04-2008 02:43

Protection hasn't changed in final release of Patch 1.2
Still SecuROM 7.36.0012 and still working with DT 4.12.3

Just a quick note, Vitality 1.2 fixed .exe don't work with Win XP Service Pack 1 (error window is displayed), only with SP2 and new SP3.... Playing from original disc and with original files works on all XP service packs

BarryB 16-05-2008 04:19

M$ don't support SP1 anymore, so same for the crackers I guess! All XP installations should be SP2 or SP3 by now!!

TippeX 16-05-2008 04:58

if protected game ran on a particular platform/service pack and crack doesnt then it does imply a problem in the crack.. which has happened before, m$ support of the service pack (although it is a good point) is sort of irrelevant here... it does show poor / sloppy cracking skills

hyena 18-02-2009 04:12

ViTALiTY 1.2 fix gives me a "fmodex.dll" error. Any help?

Joe Forster/STA 18-02-2009 07:06

Possibly stupid question: isn't fmodex.dll part of the crack intro rather than the game?

nando2002 18-02-2009 07:16

Many games uses the FMOD Ex SoundSystem (FMODex.dll) from Firelight Technologies
e.g.: Codename: Panzer Cold War
