Yes reloaded released a crack for the game.
However it seems as the crack is bad because it crashes if an object is dropped (pressing 'g' button). Haven't tested it myself but it seems to be... :(

Edit: as for the bad crack thing... Seem to be mixed experiences. Crashes for some people and for others it doesn't.

If you replace "version" with "crack", it might also mean that changing the button layout fixes the problem with Reloaded's crack, Reloaded's version of getting rid of the CD/DVD. Yes, it might be a bit suspicious but I don't think it's enough as a proof for warez usage...

i was looking for some other topic in the forum... and i saw this topic and i just tried to give some help to all.

Gee never changes here some jumping to warez conclusions (unless n00b admits its warez dont assume), ok has anyone got issues with game forgetting saves once you exit and restart game, meaning basically you would need leave game running until you complete it LOL.
I have did same part of game twice now and wont be doing a third time.

hi JHUK, yeah mine loses the saves, remembers your profile and the chapter you got to but any ingame saves it loses for some reason.

ho hum, maybe its just the way the game designers have made it or its some kind of anti no-dvd thing .

the game isnt much cop in my opinion anyway so will prob be uninstalling pretty soon me thinks ! ;)

It's designed to erase the savegames when you leave the game. They want to force you to play a level in one sitting. Just complain to the developers/publishers and maybe they'll change it in the next patch.

i recently obtained a leagel copy of Hitman Bloodmoney, i do infact own the DVD and i did get it installed, however my problem arised when i run the game, it runs and everything, im not getting the securom thang, my problem is that the screen is black and i see the start of the little red loading bar, it gets about 1/4th through and then my game dies and goes back to windows.

ive restarted, reinstalled, uninstalled and done everything i could think of to get it to work and the problem continues, if anyone might know how to fix this it would be awsome, thanks!

there are a lot of problems with some specific graphics cards...specialy with x800 and Gf6600gt!

May 26th is the official release date of the first patch..maybe it could resolve ur problems

I have added the german silentgate crack which seems to work for the english version too but has some differences in bytecheck. Maybe you dont have problems with crashes with this exe.

I've got a legal version of Hitman 4 : Blood money but i want to play without CD , and i've patched it with 1.1 patch do you have a crack for 1.1 version please ?

( It's a french copy but I suppose that an US would work )

I thought too that I may need a 1.1 cracked exe after patching HBM to 1.1, but alas the original RELOADED exe works just fine. I thought that by recopying it over the patch I might just be "unpatching" it but I'm not so sure now. I tried to run the patch again and it said "error: patch already applied".

Agreed. It's a not a bright idea, though; I'd either (try to) apply the whole patch (in the case of a real patch, see the great RTPatch engine) again or, at least, check something (length, date, checksum, whatever) of the main executable... Perhaps, after a confirmation prompt.

Anyone still trying to run this game, patched to 1.1, via emulation? If so, I've found a solution that works at least on my computer.

You'll need daemon tools of course, and also the latest pr0tst0p and securom loader. Put the latter directly into your blood money directory.

Then..

Mount your image with daemon tools, with all emulation options disabled, then close the little daemon tools icon on your windows toolbar.

Next, run Pr0tst0p, click "hide", close Pr0tstop, and then simply launch "hitmanbloodmoney.exe" with Securom Loader. I was suprised as hell when mine launched with this combo, but it wasn't a fluke for me; works every time.

Which is good, cuz the patch really improved my performance.

btw...I've only tested this with mini images...if it doesn't work the first time, try different ones. best of luck. For legal/backup purposes only of course ;)

I tried doing EXACTLY what you said but I still get the "conflict with emulation software" error message.

Try to uninstall ALL Useless Unused virtual drives like Clone CD, just let Daemon tool & hiding tools on your system. Probably, you have to many black listed burning softwares installed. check your registry wis regcleaner to know if all uninstalled burning softwares have removed their keys from "software list" and "startup list" :D

I've tried all that you mentioned, including deleting every application I thought could have something to do with either CD/DVD burning or blacklisting tools.

The ones I let be is DAEMON Tools, Pr0t.St0p v1.0 and SecuROM 1.2.
Now I've followed all the instructions and I have used RegCleaner but still the same issue with the error message that tells me there is a conflict with emulation software.
Maybe its because I have the wrong image file, where did you get yours?

EDIT: So now I have solved it, it turned out to be a faulty image, I said it myself. I suggest you go to www.gamecopyworld.com and install the first release of the DVD Fix Image for this to work, altough there should be no need for Pr0t.St0p v1.0, only run the Hitman ".exe" file with SecuRom 1.2 as usual. It should work as a charm.

No you're not the only one. If you roll back a few pages you will see it explained there, although I can explain it once again.
I was experiencing this problem also. The reason is that the crack you have applied is faulty, I think its made for the Demo release of Hitman, since it creates a folder named Hitman Bloodmoney Demo under "Documents and Settings\Username".
The only way I know at the moment to play the game with 1.1 (without original disc) is to follow the tips up ahead with SecuROM!

Yes it is made for the demo. You can download it as a "1.1 demo patch" from Eidos support pages. If you scan it with pid you will see that it is wrapped with Securom 7.

I installed retail full (not demo) 1.1 patch since new 1.1 nodvd is here, I see no difference as I didnt have any performance issues in 1st place, but it did erase my saves :( , I need redo 1st 2 levels again :eek:

It did not erase you saves. It is a demo exe and looks for savegames in another directory. (Hitman Bloodmoney Demo). You will not be able to complete the whole game because you get kicked out after reaching the end of a level.

Yes I did notice two folders in my docs, one saying demo, I tried swapping files over, now I have messed it up, I would need restart game over, I aint bothered, I can wait for new patch to let us save more as I see on the games official forums peeps are compalining about way game saves.

So are you telling me this crack was for a demo, dont make much sense to me. :confused:

Emulation Software Detected - possible workaround
 

I found out the following:

Problem:

- install game
- apply patch 1.1
- nodvd cracks dont work stable - skip them
- mount either mini-image or "real" image with DT403 (http://www.daemon-tools.cc)
- start game with newest securom-loader (get it from here )
- getting "Emulation Software detected (or something like that?)

Solution (for me):
- start the old hitmanbloodmoney.exe (save or rename it before applying the patch 1.1) via the Securom loader - even if it may crash - don´t bother
- now retry starting the new exe from patch 1.1 with securom loader
- it should work

It seems that you have to repeat this steps every time after a windows restart. If your just hibernate your PC you don´t have a problem here.

Doesn't work for me, there must me new securom code in the updated exe...

Here is the way i did it:

-Patch to 1.1
-Open DT4.03 and turn off all emulation and mount game
-use x200x-hbm mini-image if you do not want to make a copy of your game
-Run Pr0t.St0p v1.0 and hide drives
-Run ASR and select hitmanbloodmoney.exe
-Play the game

Just make sure to restore your drives with Pr0t.St0p when you are done.

I could run without the 1.1 patch though, but when I quit the game it just freezes and I have to restart my computer every time. I was hoping that 1.1 patch might fix this problem.

I can run the game with reloaded no cd fixed exe with patch 1.1 but when I quit the game it freezes. So I am now trying to use mini image with patch 1.1. Does anyone have solution for this.
