Works perfect

The Mini Image from Andre2779 works perfect, but the Game (Fussball Manager 2006 [German] from EA) is really buggy...EA wanna release a Patch soon.

Anti Blaxx is not needed.

Install the (Full) Game - Mount the Mini Image with D-Tools - Play (thats all)

Use DL Link from the first Post or search for it on eM*le (Search: Mini Fixed Image)

antonioli 19-10-2005 13:34

But you are talking about mini image of Fifa manager or Football manager?

Hi guys,
i got a big problem with the FM06. I bought the game on my birthday in october, testet in on the original cd and it worked fine. But when i use the mini image of GCW, the game struggles, it takes very long for loading a match, or for the time between the days. It almost takes 4 minutes to get from one matchday to the next. I tried everything, reinstalled the game, tried other images, even updatet my graphics driver. The funny thing is, it is the same with Fifa 06!!! I canīt play a game, īcause the menue button always moves by itself. Seems that the game discovered another gamepad, which is always pushing left ?! But my originals work. Are there other images for me to test?
Damn i dunno what else i should do, execpt using the origins...

You don't need a mini image, u can use the CD image you have

Install the game
Go into the game folder (where you installed he game e.g D:Program FilesSports InteractiveFootball Manager 2006) and find the file fm.exe
Right click fm.exe and choose properties
Click on the tab that says compatibility
Tick the box that says Run this program in compatibility mode for
Choose NT 4 (service pack 5)
Apply
Make sure that the image is loaded on Alcohol or Dameon Tools
Double click the fm2006 exe on the desktop and play the game!

adriko 20-10-2005 21:10

This doesn't work for me...

After about 10 seconds I get a Windows error for FM.exe ...

Any other solutions?

PS: with my original CD in works just fine.

I tried changing to Windows 2000 instead of NT and I get the following error: Please eject and re-insert the cd-rom, select ok and restart application...

If I put the original CD it works fine...if not well you know the answer, it doesn't work at all.

I have the image made with Alchohol 120% and mounted on Daemon tool 347...

Since this game uses the new version of Safedisc - 4.60.000 - you can not make a working Mini Image.

To the mods: I suggest to sticky one of the existing FM2006 threads, or we will be flooded by new ones in the next few days :p

nessi 21-10-2005 12:38

Anyone know how to play the game without cd on a Windows 2000 please?

swoosh3k 21-10-2005 12:46

The technique I posted is for those who have a CD image of the game and have installed it but can't play it due to the fact the game requires the CD to be in the drive.
If you have the original game CD the purpose of the what I posted won't help you play without the CD. This is only until a mini image is released

You need a CD image of FM06 to play to the game if you don't have an original copy of the game for the time being.

If you do have an original copy wait for a mini image or get a full image so you don't need the CD anymore.

scaramonga 21-10-2005 12:53

I made an ISO image of the original (loaded into Daemon).........and this method wont work!

dokok 21-10-2005 13:22

I figured it out finally...

On my PC I got it to work like this: (Anti-Blaxx or what Sweesh said didn't work for me)...

1. Make sure the compatibility is set to Windows 2000.
2. Get Daemon Tools 3.47 and mount your FM2006 image.
3. Get Vitrual CD HIDE 1.0.04 and launch it (hide all virtual drives).
4. Run the game.
5. Enjoy
