Why is the crack not online?

Yes, he sended it to me, but my MS Outlook "kills" the EXE.
I wrote him a e-Mail to send it as ZIP to me...

Have seen, the file is now online at GameCopyWorld.
...but there are still download problems...

I can't see the shrunked version here on GCW :(. I dont even see XIII in the index! Where is it ??? Help ;)!
