Hello, first of all Thanks for everithing you all do in this site, it is really helpfull.

I tested the conversion and i make the iso for the 4 dvd with no problem, but i have the corrupt data problem when it asks for DVD2. I already edited setup.ini with the "CheckMD5=N" . But still no fix. What do i do?. Do we need to wait for another version of the conversion?

I know but i want to use this one, because it keeps the retail installer and does not force me to delete any languaje or MP.

Nevermind, I made my own conversion, all i did was move the DATA*.cab to every DVD. I mean, in DVD 1 was al the small files and Data1.cab, Data2.cab and Data3.cab, And i put 2 Data*.cab in every other DVD. For example DVD2 contains DATA4.cab and DATA5.cab and son on... :D

The 9 cab conversion keeps the multi languaje ok?

Had no problem at all installed from the original, but something strange happened when i tried to split the cabs. I have 9 cabs version.

I tried to install from created image, burn on dvd. Both got an error saying crc is not correct. If i ignore it, the size of DataPC_DX11_AC3_Frontier.forge is only around 200 MB.

This error also happened if i copied all the files into 1 folder, then install it from hard drive.

I followed the instructions and burned the 4 dvd's. Then I tried installing the game on my pc. Sometime during disc 2 it suddently said catastophic error and the install ended. I have a pc with Windows XP which I know doesn't work with the game. Just wanted to see if it could install. Could the error have something to do about trying to install without having Vista, Win 7 or 8 installed?.

Thnks senseman for this convertion, for my AC3 version this is the only convertion that works.

When I have problems with DVD2 and DVD3 I follow the steps that said senseman: "UDF format" and "CHECKMD5 N" and problems solved.

Sense man i thing to say i have installed ac3 from my retail dvd its shows 52 files including folders & one shortcut but after recabing, i installed the game its shows only 49 files, have u delete any file from cab.

I have ac3 9 cabs and it works in win 7 32 bit. As other says, when you're make an iso file, don't forget to save it as UDF file not CDFS, joliet or other.. Save as UDF file, even in DVD4 which only 3GBs.. Or it doesn't work (error or something else), before this I'm trying save as CDFS file (normal) and that error happen.. :)

So, I'll make iso file again, save as UDF file and install perfectly... :D maybe I'll using this conversion to my ac3 until no update anymore from ubisoft :p

PS: I change autorun.ico from senseman with my cutie autorun.ico :p :D

Problem with conversion 2xDVD9 to 4xDVD5
 

I have a problem with conversion Assassin's Creed III. When the repack finish I have only 8GB that is data 1,2,3,4,5.cab and i don't know where are data 6,7,8 and 9.cab. I add that I have 9 cab version of this game. Can anyone help me with this problem. I would aprreciate at earliest reply.

They are rebuilt using your original files for the game ( Installshield installer )
this just changes the cab file structure & how the cab files are laid out as to what dvd they are on. You still need to have the original game to be able to do the conversion.
