I redid this and got the 7 Dvds and taking like an age to install as been 30 mins and only 4% done with 112 hours left, then after 35 mins time drops to 6 hours, and then 2 hours after that and all installs and works fine after no problems....

Now it worked out the only problem was that it got on 8 DVD5 using ThresholdPercent=15

can you update the HDD size requirements?
should be 50.5 GB now after all the patching

For this you could add the pcars2 tool to setup (it's included in razortools) for better compression i guess (not tested)

Well I don't have this game, but I think in diskspan ([18] for custom) it should be something like this (latest UltraArc FULL folder is required):

But I have not tested and I don't know if the precompressor processes all files (even if they are not the target to go with this tools, like XTool do). But maybe this tool only works for the *.bff files (in this case use the UltraArc MASK method for the simpliest way to go).
