Yes, but having to click through each and every file (which can be up to thousands or more) is a chore. A simple list would make life easier.
|
Eh..eh..Oh Ye..Can they even be hundreds in the boxes for each mask, what do you think if you get a file.txt, in the same directory as the scanned application ended, with a list of complete directories?
|
I am not sure I understand you correctly.
This is the point I am trying to make. http://i.imgur.com/G7MICPJ.jpg Not all games have separate folders or even separate container for storing different types of data, a prime example can be seen above. This feature I am requesting will help in those regards. What I am requesting is a stupid log. :p Please, implement? |
Let's see if I understand, instead of just getting only the file in the masks boxes, you want the full directory, or the parent directory of the file.
GetFile : boxer logo tino.png (it is now) GetParent : LOGO\boxer logo tino.png (The folder that contains the file) FullDir : The Full Directory (C:\Test2\LOGO\boxer logo tino.png) ? |
The tool can remain as it is, all I want is just an additional feature that'll save a simple log of the results found after scanning a directory category or mask wise.
Like files found under method files will be listed in the log like this: Method compression: (Full directory path isn't necessary either, just the path to all the files from the scanned folder's root is fine, like If I am scanning a folder named "ME" and it found "Method" files under BioGame/CookedPC/xxx.upk, Just the entry of all the files found under method) Code:
Method:The same goes for all the rest of the files found under different mask categories, like void, deflate, Solid and text. Code:
Void |
Romulus "BE_Parent_Dir" updated on the front page.;)

You are awesome!
Now witness the sheer power of your creation! ;) Edit: Ah.. felice.. where's the log? |
