I think there is no compressor to date that can reduce the ratio of a file of that size to that percentage, I assume that pzlib does not finish the precompressing the file for one reason or another, creating a corrupted archive.
I also get similar errors on some files "Error_: CRC Failed File is broken"...:rolleyes:

Yep.. i get this error. So what do u suggest to precompress or simple compress these ".forge" files :rolleyes:

Pzlib is not perfect, and I think that is constantly evolving thanks to Razor. Try using the precomp family 0.38 ... 0.45,0.46, slower, but with a greater elasticity on files, or Antiz that sometimes does its dirty duty.:)
