make sure the setup files & archives+records.ini are in the first dvd folder. It should start the install process.

yes it having to read the dvd then copy / merge files together before it can extract them into the game folder.

can I upload configuration for dvd5, no I don't know where you have game installed & where you want output. Not that hard to use, just read first post & edit ultraarc.ini with the values I have listed for dvd5

you can try data recovery software like 'recuva' but if you've done anything in that folder since you erased that file, it may be overwritten. Only choice is to deleted the archives & re-do the conversion.
