Eh, i cant get it to work properly.Could you tell me what size is yours gamefolder after installing from this conversion ?

My conversion took 7 DVD 's. Game installed 30GB . Any file to delete ?

data\win32\loc look for not needed languages

when re-ran conversion VS original, there were files missing just like zenonxx had mentioned previously. Until UA can be fixed, tested with no errors/missing files, ive removed the conversion.

As a sidenote, i tried doing Far cry 4 1.8+DLC on 5DVDs using UA, it did the same thing with missing files (although with them as an extra files it still fits 5DVDs). So i hope tool gets fixed soon :)

Conversion has been updated & re-uploaded

Downloaded the new installer, unpacked it.Run as admin, first thing i notice, there is no compression set (oh well i probably dont know something), start the compression.
It does it VERY quickly (likely no compression), result is 21464MB installer DATA.
After installing game is 21649MB in size (uninstall.exe is 5mb) and doesnt obviously work.Game im trying to convert is 26261MB. :-/

choose you own compression, I usually use srep, delta, lzma.

its been tested on 2 different PC's & worked 100%. no install/uninstall issues.

Well, i downloaded again the rar file, done everything from scratch, used srep, detla, lzma manually as you specified.After installation game is 21469mb :-/ .The installer works just fine ofcourse, its just that i think ultraarc automation tool is still borked , i tried using it with far cry 4 (the new 2.1v) and it lost few files also :-/.
Compression/install/uninstall works fine, its just the game doesnt work with some files missing.
