I Converted whole far cry 4 v1.6 data_win32 folder using this option
arc a -lc8 -ep1 -ed -r -w.\ Data\Setup-1.bin -msrep+lzma:a1:mfbt4:d256m:fb128:mc1000:lc8 "D:\Far Cry 4\cd1\*"

Ratio was 51.0%
From 25.8 GB to 13.2 Gb...

Corepack for Far Cry 4 is used rebuild archives. Then it has a smaller size of compressed but again increased in size after unpacking. :confused: :confused: :confused:

^40% true, that didn't help actually. Rebuilding the game archives made the size possible to 11 GB only, done by KacTus Repack Team

I did it! Finally, after many attempts I managed to compress this game to repack the BB size, and more! My folder was about 1GB bigger (25.8GB), and I managed to compress it to 12.9GB - 0.2GB less than BB repack! Yeyyyy! :)

It seems that compression using SREP is more effective when we use it on a SINGLE LARGE file, rather than smaller packets of data. So first compress the entire folder with the game using 7z or arc (can't remember), without the compression level and then I treated this large single file with the SREP. It gave me the final file size 12.9GB.

The riddle was, at least partially, solved;)

And now there is another problem, but with this I invite you to THIS topic ;)

could you show how to use this switch?

i have add the s12gb in the arc.ini but didnt work for me?

try with -s12g instead -s12gb
and if you have a lot of ram try more dic size d1024m or d4096m
and cores -mt8

You Coregames are a buch of something which do not belong here. Yeah you may ban me moderators but one of the member of this guy came to me and wanted to join, bt I said that i can't run so I told em to talk with razor12911 and now you are famous by repacking farcry 4.</br>
One thing I want to say is, create conversion for original game as some people like me has limited download speed.
