eula should revert to English one as there is no polish eula. as far as redists

Found another issue after close inspection: two apostrophes in title:

Assassin''s Creed: Liberation

removed now at version 3, & hopefully last change.

Apologies for the report arriving so late, Pakrat. It's just that I noticed that only on uninstalling the game for the time being. :-/ I'll try to catch such stuff right away next time!
