I used this conversion WITH the XBOX videos and I got these results

DVD1 - 4 cabs
Data1.cab - 1.64GB
Data2.cab - 606MB
Data3.cab - 3.34GB
Data4.cab - 5.92MB

DVD2 - 1 cab
Data5.cab - 5.30GB

Any ideas?

check against what I had ( post #10 ) & see whats different, also check the data files.

see my message above your post, it does work & compiles fine, its an issue on your end.

what's the very FIRST line in screenshot say ???

means that you typed in YOUR game location WRONG.. & it cant find the path to compress files without having the correct folder.

How to increase the compression to fit on 1 DVD9.

edit compress.bat & change compression for all cabs to match those used in first cabfile ( has the most compression )

if that doesn't fit DVD9 then will have to use precomp + srep

That's what you end up with if you just replace the video files from the game alone. You also need to replace the DLC(Blade Wolf & Jetstream) video files. Replace files evc000.usm - evc060.usm and evd000.usm - evd040.usm. Both DLC's are free and you can extract the needed files using "wxPirs-1.1". Hope that helps anyone having this problem.
