Thank you Fabio.

Another great job.

Edit.

The only thing missing was to edit the registry for the game to recognize the liguagem chosen.
Here is just English and Portuguese of Brazil and the game is only in English.

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\EA Games\Need for Speed(TM) Rivals]
"Locale"="pt_BR"

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\EA Games\Need for Speed(TM) Rivals]
"Locale"="pt_BR"

BTW: shortcut is for 32 or 64 bit exe? (32 bit works fine for me ingame but 64bit is slowmotion)

The registry is there, nothing is missing. I add the registry (x86 and x64) for all languages. So i dont know this is happens.
Strange is i have Win 7 64Bits. So i install the game and the registry was added in Wow6432Node folder. I run x64 exe and the game run in english. I run x86 exe and the run in portuguese. http://forum.outerspace.terra.com.br...es/lol-wtf.gif
kkkkkkkkkkkkk, the registry works in reverse. LOLOLOLOL
Now, i added the registry in SOFTWARE folder for x86 and run the game with x64 exe and the game run in portuguese. EA fail.

Nice conversion, loks great fabio!

Btw: You dont need to write x86 and x64 reg keys in the script (Wow6432Node), since inno recognizes this itself for x64 and x86 systems.

Yes, its need for new EALOL games. Otherwise, not works properly and not satisfy the languages for both exe's.

Great stuff thanks, the compression file should be external so that one can apply their own compression level. Author should do the graphic part and the compression is on user yener should think about this, just a suggestion

Dude, you can change the compression method editing the Compress.bat and its possible create a Setup.ini and put in the same place of Setup.exe.
When you run setup, he will read the new Setup.ini with your parameters. (Exec values, Extractsetrings, lang and launch values are editable).

jackstuff 24-11-2013 06:21

But where do i get setup.ini?

You don't need access to setup.ini because it does not contain any information regarding the compression. It holds only information related to Setup (conversion).

Everything you need, compression related, is inside compress.bat and arc.ini.

jackstuff 24-11-2013 06:42

Just clear that point For example i have 4 arc files each file have 4.7 gb space needed so if the author conversion is on 3 arc files, than how could i add one more?

Fabioddq 24-11-2013 06:48

The latest version of CIU v2 has a new feature where you can edit some things creating a Setup.ini.

Just create the file! :p

If im correct, you can edit: Exec values, Extractsetrings, lang and launch values. Dont know how many dvd you have for 4 Data.cabs but here you go:

Quote:

[ExtractSettings]
FreeArcFile1=Data1.cab;DestDir:{app};Disk:1;
FreeArcFile2=Data2.cab;DestDir:{app};Disk:1;
FreeArcFile3=Data3.cab;DestDir:{app};Disk:2;
FreeArcFile4=Data4.cab;DestDir:{app};Disk:2;
Change to your needs.

Other parameters editables:

Quote:

[LauncherSettings]
InstallRedist=1

[Launch1]
Name=DirectX
32Exe={app} or {src} + path
Argument=
BeforeInstall=0

[Launch2]
Name=Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 x86 - x64
32Exe={app} or {src} + path
64Exe={app} or {src} + path
Argument=/q /norestart
BeforeInstall=0

[InstallOptions]
Lang=

[Executable1]
Name=
Exe=
ExePath=
Parameter=
Icon=
GDFBinary=

[Executable2]
Name=
Exe=
ExePath=
Parameter=
Icon=
GDFBinary=
