OK,

After finishing the compression, the 7 data.cab files are 10.5 Gb, mostly because my Warrior Within unpacked har 3.3Gb and packed 2.6Gb.

Thus, my compression is 3xDVD5, with Data1 and Data2 are on DVD1, Data3,4 and 5 are on DVD2 and the last 2 with the redist are on DVD3.

It works, because i just installed them all.
This is not important, but could you please give me a setup.exe, with these modifications in mind, so that the prompts for the next dvd are as they should?

Data2.lst has a file NOT needed as its OP's profile, which can be deleted.

The Sands of time\Profiles\jorge\Profile.DAT

Same for data3.lst
The Two Thrones\POP3Profiles\jorge\Profile.DAT
also all of The Two Thrones\MENU\SPANISH\* files can go unless you need Spanish.

just running the compress all ( #6 ) option now will post back results.

My point exactly.

Just to be clear, i edited the data.lst files to match mine.
As I stated, all of my Prince of Persia games, except Forgotten Sands are from gog.com, witch means they are drm-free and have every trhing they need and nothing extra (because all the useless files were deleted before starting the compression process).
The installer also works, but the only inconvenience is the fact that when prompting for what is dvd2 it says to insert dvd1 (because data3 and data4 were suposed to be on dvd1, bun instead are on dvd2 with data5), and when prompting for dvd3 it asks for dvd2 (since data6 and data7 are on dvd3 now, and not dvd2).

The installer is also not editable, so i cant edit the setup.exe to prompt the correct disk.

The sources would be nice, if they were made with inno script, or a setup ini that can be edited.

Other than that, it works great and saves a lot of space in my hdds.

I did this and I got 10.3gb all in all for conversio and all install fine and working, but no icon on screen for "Prince of Persia The Forgotten Sands" so had to take it out of game insall folder which was not a problem. Just wonder if its something missing in setup that can be fixed anytime or is the new one posted the fix for that as could help others who may have issue no icon on screen.
